Step One
To begin, our team will get to know you, your business and how it works to provide you with a range of solutions to suit your requirements and working environment.
Step Two
We invite all our clients to come to our supported manufacturer demo facilities, or offer remote virtual demos where you can trial our technology range to help you choose the right system for your business. Occasionally we can carry out these demos at your premises should you wish to see them in action.
Step Three
To gain a better understanding of your AV environment, we’ll book a visit to your office which helps us consider details such as mechanical, electrical and construction work that may need to be carried out.
So you don’t need to lift a finger, we also liaise with client representatives, architects, designers, mechanical and electrical contractors and builders, to align technical requirements with design visions.
Step Four
Now we have all the details for your project, we’ll begin creating visual renderings of what the completed project will look like. Once all the work details and the visual design have been approved by you, we’ll arrange a date for the project to commence.
Step Five
Once the installation step has started, our engineers will ensure that you receive the highest quality service we expect, and of course we’ll keep you updated throughout the installation process.
Step Six
Once your AV solution has been installed, it will undergo system testing and commissioning to ensure it meets our standards.
The final step is to demonstrate your new system in all its glory. Our experts also offer various training services completely tailored to your business to ensure your workforce is confident and engaged with the technologies and AV equipment.
