Boardroom

The Boardroom is a prestigious decision-making centre of an organisation.  It is a meeting space where information has to be clearly communicated and understood; where professionals collaborate, present and direct.   

A boardroom can be used for an informal chat one day and for a prospective client presentation the next.  The environment needs to make a powerful statement, whilst maintaining a balance between facilities and appearing unobtrusive.   It requires a careful approach to design and meticulous attention to detail.

Boardrooms are suited to permanently installed presentation systems, which blend technology with traditional surroundings.   A Mediawall provides an opportunity to integrate AV technology within bespoke joinery.  This can include recessed large format displays or new LED technology displays, discreet video and audio systems.  With video conferencing you can connect your boardroom to both individuals and other boardrooms anywhere in the world.

The technology can either be operated manually, but more commonly by using a dedicated Control system that is programmed to easily control the operation of the AV as well as integrating lighting and HVAC controls.
