Hot desking can work well for organisations if it represents some of your office space setup to cater for a mobile workforce on flexible hours, and for satellite offices.

Managing these spaces is important for efficiency and to save your business time and cost.  Desk scheduling software ensures that employees see which desks are available and which are occupied, and book a workplace anytime and anywhere.  They can also use the software to locate colleagues easily, and for co-workers/ team members to sit close to one another if required.

On arrival at the office, users can login with their personal NFC-card or smartphone. The desk immediately adjusts to their personal sitting or standing height.   It is also possible to have physical detection sensors at the desks to check the occupation status of workspace, and to cancel a booking if it doesn’t detect anyone within a determined period of time.
